Our move the last week of October 2016 went as smoothly as we could have hoped for, thanks in large part to the folks at Greatland Transportation.

Kurt, the owner, was wonderful to work with from start to finish and a man of his word. He sets the direction, as well as provides a great example for his employees. Everyone we worked with was unfailingly professional, personable, flexible and extremely hard working.

They loaded all of the furniture from our 3,400 square foot home in Luck, WI between 8 and 11:30 a.m. on a Friday, allowing us time to thoroughly clean the home and finish some last minute packing of smaller items prior to the buyer walk-through on Sunday. Everything was stored on the two trucks until after the closing on our new home in New Richmond, WI the following Monday at noon, delivered the first load of what we had specified as our highest priority items at 1:30 p.m. that same day and the second load promptly at 8 a.m. the following morning. Great care was taken during loading and unloading to ensure there would be no damage, to the point of shrink wrapping nearly every item, having high quality packing materials (boxes used or new) available for purchase and good advise. Great consideration was given to our tight time frame by allowing us to leave items not easily damaged or of high value; such as clothing, pillows, etc. inside drawers or doors that closed securely whenever possible. My understanding is that it is the rare mover that will allow this.

In addition, they came in under the quoted price due to their experience, efficiency and very hard work.
